In compliance with provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with Part A of Schedule III of the said Regulations, we would like to inform that Ms. Divya Shrimali has tendered her resignation (letter attached) from the position of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of GFL Limited vide letter dated 28[th] September, 2023 effective from the close of business hours on 30[th] September, 2023.

The details required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13 July 2023 are provided in Annexure A .

Further, the Company has received confirmation from Ms. Divya Shrimali that there are no other material reasons for her resignation other than those which are provided in the resignation letter.
