Director / PDMR shareholding

The Board of Gfinity plc (AIM:GFIN) announced on 26 September 2024 that David Halley, a director of the Company, had subscribed on the same date for 200,000,000 new Ordinary Shares at a price of  0.015p  per Ordinary Share. Further details of David Halley's subscription in accordance with the requirements of the Market Abuse Regulations are set out in the Appendix. David Halley is now interested in 281,346,667 Ordinary Shares representing 7.82 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
