Posting of Circular

Gfinity plc (AIM: GFIN), a world leading esports solutions provider, announces that further to the announcement made on 14 March 2022 concerning the "Fundraising to raise £2.70 million and Notice of General Meeting", a Circular containing details of the Placing and Subscription and convening the General Meeting, together with a Form of Proxy will be posted to Shareholders by no later than tomorrow, Wednesday 16 March 2022.

The General Meeting will be held at the Gfinity Arena at Vue Cinema, Fulham Broadway Retail Centre, Fulham Road, London SW6 1BW at 10.00 a.m. on 1 April 2022.
