Gfinity PLC (AIM:GFIN), a leading e-sports business, gives notice that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the company is to be held at 2:30pm on Monday 14 December 2015. The meeting will take place at The Gfinity Arena, Fulham Broadway Retail Centre, Fulham Road, London SW6 1DN.

The Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2015, along with the Notice of AGM, have been posted to shareholders. Copies are available on the Company's website at www.gfinityplc.com.
