The Board of Gfinity plc (AIM:GFIN) announces that the Company has posted to shareholders a formal notice ("Notice") for a General Meeting of the Company ("GM") to receive and adopt the 2023 Annual report. The GM will be held at 154-160 Fleet Street, London EC4A 2DQ at 12.00 midday on 14 February 2024.  A copy of the Notice is available on the Company's website at www.gfinityplc.com.

A copy of the Notice has been posted to all shareholders who are required to receive or have formally requested to receive these documents.
