The Board of Gfinity plc (AIM:GFIN) announces that it was informed on 6 September 2023 that David Halley, a director of the Company, has purchased on the same date 7,000,000 Ordinary Shares at an average price of £0.001233 per Ordinary Share. Further details are set out in the Appendix. Following the purchase, David Halley is interested in 81,346,667 Ordinary Shares representing 2.39 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
