Publication of final results and restoration of trading

The Board of Gfinity plc (AIM:GFIN) announces that the Company's report and accounts for the year ended 30 June 2024 ("Accounts"), which were notified this morning, are now available from the Company's website: www.gfinityplc.com

Accordingly, the Company's shares, which were suspended from trading on AIM with effect from 2 January 2025 pending publication of the Accounts, are being restored to trading on AIM with effect from 1.15pm today.
