Gfinity plc (AIM: GFIN), a world leading esports solutions provider, announces that further to the announcement made on 14 March 2022, 104,200,000 Firm Placing and Subscription Shares were admitted to trading on AIM at 8:00 a.m. today ("First Admission").

The Company's issued share capital as at 18 March 2022 therefore comprises 1,203,896,579 Ordinary Shares, with one voting right per share. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares and voting rights in the Company is 1,203,896,579.   This figure should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
