Gfinity (AIM: GFIN), a world-leading esports and gaming solutions provider, announces that Andy MacLeod, Non-Executive Director, will be stepping down from his role at the Company on 22nd October 2021.

Andy will therefore be stepping down from the Audit, Nominations and Remuneration Committees, which the Board believe are well-served following the recent appointment of Non-Executive Directors Len Renaldi and Hugo Drayton.
