Result of General Meeting

Gfinity plc (AIM: GFIN), a world leading esports solutions provider, is pleased to announce that further to its announcement of 14 March 2022 in relation to the fundraising to raise £2.7 million, at the General Meeting held earlier today at 10.00 a.m. (UK), all resolutions were duly passed. Accordingly, it is expected that Admission will become effective and dealings in the 111,800,000 Conditional Placing and Subscription Shares will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 04 April 2022.

Following Admission of the Placing and Subscription Shares, the issued share capital of the Company will consist of 1,315,696,579 Ordinary Shares, with one voting right each. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury.

The above figures may be used by shareholders in the Company, following Admission, as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
