Şirket'in 2023 yılı hesap dönemine ilişkin Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun (" SPK ") II.14.1 sayılı "Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği" uyarınca, Kamu Gözetimi Muhasebe ve Denetim Standartları Kurumu (" KGK ") tarafından yürürlüğe konulmuş olan Türkiye Finansal Raporlama Standartları esas alınarak KGK ve SPK tarafından belirlenen formatlarla uyumlu olarak hazırlanan ve HLB SAYGIN BAĞIMSIZ DENETİM A.Ş. tarafından denetlenen konsolide finansal tablolarında ana ortaklığa ait net dönem zararı (107.811.131) TL olarak gerçekleşirken 213 sayılı Vergi Usul Kanunu'nun (" VUK ") ilgili hükümleri çerçevesinde düzenlenmiş finansal tablolarında ise enflasyon düzeltmesi öncesi net dönem karı 15.642.522,62 TL olarak gerçekleşmiştir. Şirket'in bağımsız denetimden geçmiş finansal tablolarında dağıtılabilir dönem kârı bulunmaması nedeniyle kâr dağıtımı yapılmamasına, 2023 yılı hesap dönemi VUK'a uygun olarak açıklanan 15.642.522,62 TL Net Dönem Kârının, "Olağanüstü Yedekler" hesabına aktarılmasına ve KGK ve SPK tarafından belirlenen formatlarla uyumlu olarak hazırlanan kayıtlarına göre hazırlanan (107.811.131) TL net dönem zararının geçmiş yıl karlarından mahsup edilmesine genel kurul tarafından oy birliği ile karar verilmiştir.
