Getlink SE Announces Cancellation of its Listing on the Financial Conduct Authority's Official List due to Closure of Euronext London Market

Listing on Euronext Paris Remains Unchanged

Further to Euronext's announcement today of its intention to close the Euronext London regulated market, Getlink SE (the Company) announces its intention to lodge an application with the Financial Conduct Authority for the cancellation of its ordinary shares of €0.40 each (the Ordinary Shares) from the Official List with effect from 7.00 a.m. (London time) on Friday 26 June 2020. The Ordinary Shares will cease to be admitted to trading on Euronext's London regulated market with effect from the same time and date, but will remain listed on the Euronext Paris regulated market.

Getlink currently has a standard listing for the Ordinary Shares on the Official List in London, and its primary listing is with the Autorité des Marches Financiers (AMF) in Paris. The Paris listing will be maintained with no change.

Information for CDI holders

The Company is a societas europea with shares which, unlike a UK company, are not represented by share certificates. In order for the Ordinary Shares to be more easily traded by UK holders and to enable trading of the Ordinary Shares to be settled in uncertificated form through CREST, the Company has arranged for the Ordinary Shares to be represented by CREST Depository Interests (CDIs).

The Company's CDIs are not linked to Euronext directly, so after the delisting of the Ordinary Shares from the Official List and from Euronext London CDIs will be traded in the same way as before on the Euronext single order book and will continue to be settled through CREST.

CDI holders wishing to convert their CDI holding and register as a direct shareholder on the register maintained by Société Générale Securities Services in France should, where they are a participant within the Computershare nominee service, request a withdrawal form from Computershare on +44 (0)370 703 0039 or at www.computershare.co.uk/nominee, or contact their nominated custodian for assistance.  Please note that administrative costs are involved in such conversions.
