New Appointment for Groupe Eurotunnel Investor Relations Department
Groupe Eurotunnel SA, listed in Paris and London, with approximately 300,000 shareholders and a market capitalisation of €5.26 billion, on 09 May 2014, has appointed Jean-Batiste Roussille as Co-Director of the Investor Relations Department, alongside Michael Schuller, with responsibility for relations with analysts and investors and to reinforce the structure.
Jean-Baptiste Roussille, 43, is a graduate of the universities of Paris-Dauphine and Paris- X-Nanterre, and a member of the Société Française des Analystes Financiers (SFAF). He started his career with GAN in London in 1995, in the Pension Fund Management Team. In 2007 he joined Credit Mutuel as a managing analyst. In 2002, he was appointed portfolio manager at Barclays, with responsibility for funds covering large, mid and small caps and convertibles. Since 2007 he has been a financial analyst at Société Générale.
Groupe Eurotunnel has a high quality shareholder group, with institutional investors representing 37%, retail shareholders 13% and 48% custodians, with 20% of the shareholdings in France, 17% in the UK, 35% in the USA and 28% elsewhere.
