Getinge AB förlänger uppköpserbjudande

Getinge AB (STO: GETIB) ("Getinge") har idag förlängt det tidigare offentliggjorda uppköpserbjudandet ("Erbjudandet") avseende samtliga utestående aktier i Datascope Corp. (NASDAQ: DSCP) ("Datascope"). Förlängningen sträcker sig till och med den 13 januari 2009, med möjlighet till ytterligare förlängning. Samtliga övriga villkor för Erbjudandet, inklusive priset USD 53 per aktie, kvarstår oförändrade.

Per den 6 januari 2009 har Erbjudandet accepterats av aktieägare som tillsammans innehar 14,770,365 aktier i Datascope, vilket motsvarar cirka 93 % av det totala antalet utestående aktier i bolaget.
