Ida Gustafsson has been appointed by the employee organizations as deputy board member of the Getinge AB (publ) board of directors. At the same time, the regular board member appointed by employee organizations, Peter Jörmalm has left the board as he is retiring.
In connection with the appointment of Ida Gustafsson and Peter Jörmalm leaving the board, the deputy board member Åke Larsson has been appointed regular board member by the employee organizations.
Following these changes, the board members appointed by the employee organizations are Fredrik Brattborn and Åke Larsson, with Pontus Käll and Ida Gustafsson as deputies.
