Notification of Change of Interest

The Company announces today that it has received the following notification of change in interest in the Company's share capital: 

Following a disposal of 99,500 Ordinary Shares in the Company, Hargreave Hale is now indirectly interested in 1,510,375 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 4.98% of the total issued share capital of the Company and 4.98% of the total voting rights of the Company. 1,250,000 of these shares are held for a unit trust operated by Marlborough Fund Managers Limited, for whom Hargreave Hale Limited manages the investments on a discretionary basis. The remaining balance is held on behalf of other discretionary clients.
