The Company announces that it received notice today that on 13 April 2017 Veronica Stephens, wife of Peter Stephens who is a director of the Company, acquired 25,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 31.00p per share. 

As a result of the above transaction, Peter Stephens' total interest in the Company (including shares held by his wife) is now 1,538,500 Ordinary Shares, being 4.10% of the Company's issued share capital.
