The Company announces that it received notice today that on 6 February 2017 William Huw Edwards, a director of the Company, transferred 500,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.25p per share to his wife, Frances Edwards, at nil cost.

As a result of the above transaction, Mr Edwards' indirect holding in the Company remains unchanged at 870,652 Ordinary Shares, being 2.32% of the Company's issued share capital (of which 500,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.33% of the issued share capital, now belong to his wife, Frances Edwards).
