The Company announces that it received notice today that on 28 November 2016 Peter Stephens, a director of the Company, acquired 300,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 25p per share.

Accordingly, Peter Stephens now holds 1,395,500 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 3.7% of the issued share capital.
