The Company announces that it has today received notice that Raymond Wolfson has sold 12,500 Ordinary Shares at a price of 57p in order to settle the remainder of his income tax bill, following the exercise of options announced on 11 August 2015. Accordingly, Raymond Wolfson now holds 457,979 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 1.39% of the issued share capital.
