GetBusy plc (AIM: GETB) ("GetBusy" or "the Company") today announces that Paul Huberman, an independent non-executive director of the Company, has informed the Company that on 24 March 2026 he bought 25,000 ordinary shares of 0.15 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 57.00p pence per share.
Following the trade Paul Huberman has a beneficial interest over 75,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.15 per cent. of the current total voting rights of the Company.
