GetBusy plc (AIM: GETB) ("GetBusy" or "the Company") today announces that Paul Huberman, a non-executive director, has informed the Company that on 21 October 2021 he bought 50,000 ordinary shares of 0.15 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 66.38 pence per Ordinary Share. The Ordinary Shares were acquired via Mr Huberman's pension scheme, the Huberman Family Pension Scheme, in which Mr Huberman is a joint beneficiary.

Following the trade Mr Huberman's beneficial interest in the Company is 50,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.10 per cent. of the current total voting rights of the Company.
