GetBusy plc (AIM: GETB) ("GetBusy" or "the Company") today announces that Dr Miles Jakeman AM, the Company's non-executive Chairman, has informed the Company that on 1 June 2020 he bought 150,000 ordinary shares of 0.15 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 64.0 pence per share.

Following the trade Dr Jakeman has a beneficial interest over 150,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.31 per cent. of the current total voting rights of the Company.
