Şirketimizin 26.03.2018 tarihinde KAP'ta yapmış olduğu Kar Dağıtımına İlişkin Bildirim ile açıklanan 2017 dönemine ait dağıtılabilir net dönem karından 7.000.000 TL'nin bedelsiz pay olarak dağıtılmasına ilişkin genel kurulda alınan karar ilişkin aşağıdadır.

2017 yılı finansal tablolarında yer alan net dönem karında yasal yedekler ayrıldıktan sonra 7.000.000 TL'sinin bedelsiz pay olarak dağıtılmasına ve dönem karından kalan tutarın ise dağıtılmaması Elektronik ortamda toplantıya katılan Ali Demirtaş'ın muhalefet şerhi genel kurula okundu. Yönetim Kurulu Başkanı tarafından muhalefet şerhinde yer alan sorulara cevap verildi, Yönetim Kurulunun teklifi 1.500 ret oyuna karşılık 12.742.230,92 kabul oyu ile oyçokluğu ile kabul edildi.
