VANCOUVER, BC, August 4, 2020 – Gold Plus Mining Inc. (“Gold Plus” or the “Company”) (CSE :GPMI) announces that Keith Anderson has resigned as a director, CEO and Secretary of the Company. The Company thanks Mr. Anderson for his contributions and wishes him well in his future endeavors.
Spencer Smyl, a current director of Gold Plus, has been appointed as CEO and Secretary. Charn Deol, the Company's CFO, has been appointed as a director.
