Munich - November 27th, 2008 – Today’s Extraordinary General Meeting of
Travel24.com AG approved the resolution proposal to carry out a simplified
share capital decrease to € 113,486 in accordance with §§ 229 ff. AktG and
to implement a reverse split at a ratio of 16:1 with the required majority.

This measure is aimed at a continuation in the recapitalization of the
company.
