On December 22, 2015, Mr Hans-Jörg Schimanek, Austria has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting
Rights on Travel24.com AG, Leipzig, Germany, have exceeded the 3%, 5%, 10%
and 15% threshold of the Voting Rights on January 18, 2013 and on that day
amounted to 16.34% (this corresponds to 332300 Voting Rights).
16.34% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 332300 Voting Rights) are
attributed to Mr Schimanek in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act). Attributed
Voting Rights are held by the following companies under his control, whose
share of the Voting Rights in Travel24.com AG amounts to 3 percent or more:
