On June 21, 2010 , Primavera Privatstiftung, Vienna, Austria, has informed
us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its
Voting Rights on Travel24.com AG, Leipzig, Deutschland, ISIN: DE000A0L1NQ8,
WKN: A0L1NQ, have exceeded the 15% and 20% limit of the Voting Rights on
June 16, 2010 and on that day amounted to 20.96% (this corresponds to
412388 Voting Rights). These voting rights are attributed to Primavera
Privatstiftung according to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 WpHG
from the Aktieninvestor.com AG.
