Travel24.com AG issues further convertible bond and negotiates re-structuring of 2005/2008 convertible bond

Munich, 27th March 2008 – Travel24.com AG’s Management and Supervisory
Board have decided to issue a new convertible bond in a total amount
advanced of up to EUR 300.000 ex rights in order to further restructure the
company. The issue price is EUR 1.00, the conversion price corresponds to
the issue price. The convertible bond is non-interest-bearing and runs
until March 2009.
In addition, the company is currently in negotiation with different holders
of convertible bonds issued in 2005 and expects to sign restructuring
agreements ahead of their maturity in July.
