Munich - October 15, 2008: The Company announces that Management and
Supervisory Board will suggest a simplified decrease in share capital
pursuant to §§ 229 ss. AktG and a reverse split at a ratio of
16 : 1 at an extraordinary General Meeting scheduled to take place on
November 27, 2008, so as to offset losses. This measure is aimed at
supporting the on-going restructuring the company.
