COMUNICATO STAMPA

APPROVAZIONE DICHIARAZIONE FINANZIARIA NON CONSOLIDATA

Il Consiglio di Amministrazione di Geox S.p.A., riunitosi in data odierna, ha attentamente esaminato e successivamente approvato la Dichiarazione Consolidata Non Finanziaria al 31 dicembre 2021, predisposta come relazione distinta dal Bilancio ai sensi del decreto legislativo 30 dicembre 2016 n. 254, in attuazione della direttiva UE 2014/95.

La suddetta Dichiarazione è stata redatta in conformità ai Global Reporting Initiative Sustainability Reporting Standards (GRI Standards) e descrive le attività più rilevanti svolte durante il 2021 in ambito sociale, ambientale ed economico nonché i risultati raggiunti. Inoltre, in ragione del forte impegno assunto dal Gruppo Geox rispetto a dette tematiche, la Dichiarazione illustra anche gli obiettivi di medio-lungo periodo espressione della volontà del Gruppo Geox di crescere e svilupparsi tenendo in considerazione gli interessi dei diversi stakeholder.

APPROVAL OF THE NON-FINANCIAL STATEMENT

The Board of Directors of Geox S.p.A., which met today, carefully examined and subsequently approved the Non-Financial Statement at 31 December 2021, drawn up separately from the financial statements pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree no. 254 of 30 December 2016, implementing EU directive no. 2014/95.

The Non-Financial Statement has been drawn up in accordance with the Global Reporting Initiative Sustainability Reporting Standards (GRI Standards) and describes the most important activities carried out in 2020 with regard to social, environmental and economic issues, as well as the results achieved. Given Geox Group's strong commitment to these issues, this report also presents Geox Group's medium/long-term objectives to grow and develop, keeping in mind the interests of its various stakeholders.

FILING OF THE DIRECTORS' REPORTS ON THE ITEMS OF THE AGENDA FOR THE ORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING

Notice is hereby given that, as of today, the Directors' Report on the agenda for the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting is now available to the public at the company's registered office in Via Feltrina Centro 16, 31044 Biadene di Montebelluna (TV), and on the authorised storage system eMarket Storage (), in relation to the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting convened (with a single call) for 14 April 2022.
