Geox S.p.A., further clarifying and supplementing the information disclosed on 23 July 2025, regarding the termination of the employment and management relationship with Chief Executive Officer Enrico Mistron, informs that the decision was essentially due to differences concerning certain aspects of the group's strategy, particularly with regard to the acceleration of the company's transformation process.
