6.1 Further information relating to the consolidation or split

Note: additional shares are to be allotted prior to the consolidation taking place which includes:

• 4,040,000 fully paid ordinary shares issued pursuant to the Share Purchase Plan; and

• 910,225,997 fully paid ordinary shares issued pursuant to Tranche 2 of the Share Placement which was approved by shareholders on 9 December 2019 and will be allotted on, or around, 17 December 2019.

These shares will be consolidated on the same 25:1 basis as all other shares on issue.
