Takeover Bid by Geopacific Resources NL for Worldwide Mining Projects Limited Substantial Shareholding Notice
We refer to the off-market takeover bid being made by Geopacific Resources NL ( Geopacific ) for all of the ordinary shares on issue in Worldwide Mining Projects Limited ( Worldwide ), pursuant to a bidder’s statement dated 7 February 2013.
In accordance with section 654C of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), Geopacific hereby gives notice to Worldwide that its voting power in Worldwide has reached 69.64% of the total voting shares on issue.
