Geopacific Resources NL (“GPR”) is pleased to advise that it has today completed despatch of its bidder’s statement dated 7 February 2013 ( Bidder’s Statement ), in relation to the takeover bid for all of the ordinary shares in Worldwide Mining Projects Limited (“Worldwide”) to each person who held shares in Worldwide as at 5.00pm (WST) on 7 February 2013, being the date set by GPR pursuant to section 633(2) of the Corporations Act.
The offer is dated 14 February 2013 and has been made on the terms set out in the Bidder’s Statement.
