NOTICE OF VARIATION OF TAKEOVER OFFER FOR BID CLASS SECURITIES IN WORLDWIDE MINING PROJECTS LIMITED

Worldwide Mining Projects Limited ACN 145 367 862 (Worldwide)

Each person to whom offers were made under the off-market takeover bid by Geopacific Resource NL ACN 003 208 393 (Geopacific) to acquire all the fully paid ordinary shares in Worldwide.

$\mathbf{1}$ . Extension of Offer Period

Geopacific hereby gives notice that it varies its offers dated 14 February 2013 for all of the fully paid ordinary shares in Worldwide (Offer) by:

• extending the period during which the Offer remains open for acceptance until $(a)$ 5:00pm WST on Tuesday, 2 April 2013, unless extended or withdrawn; and
• $(b)$ substituting the date "19 March 2013" for the date "2 April 2013", in section 3 of Annexure A of the bidder's statement dated 7 February 2013 issued by Geopacific (Bidder's Statement) and in all other sections of the Bidder's Statement where the date "19 March 2013" appears.

$2.$ Date for giving notice as to status of conditions under the Offer

The new date in section 9(e) of Annexure A to the Bidder's Statement for giving notice under section 630 of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (Corporations Act) as to the status of conditions in section 9(a) of Annexure A to the Bidder's Statement is 25 March 2013.

A copy of this notice was lodged with ASIC on Monday, 11 March 2013. Neither ASIC nor any of its officers takes any responsibility for the content of this notice.
