NOTICE OF STATUS OF DEFEATING CONDITIONS

Geopacific Resources NL ACN 003 208 393 ( Geopacific ) hereby gives notice under section 630(3) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) that:

1. On 25 March 2013, Geopacific declared the offers dated 14 February 2013 under its off-market takeover bid to acquire all of the fully paid ordinary shares in Worldwide ( Offer ) free from the conditions set out in section 9(a) of Annexure A of the bidder’s statement dated 7 February 2013 ( Bidder’s Statement ) (as supplemented) and accordingly, the Offer is now free of those conditions.

2. The conditions in sections 9(a)(i) to 9(a)(iv) and section 9(a)(xv) of Annexure A of the Bidder’s Statement have each been fulfilled.

3. Geopacific’s voting power (within the meaning of section 610 of the Corporations Act) in Worldwide at the time of giving this notice is 99.76%.
