Information on upcoming SPP

Kula Gold Limited (Kula) ( ASX:KGD ) is a subsidiary of Geopacific Resources Limited (Geopacific) ( ASX:GPR ).
Geopacific is funded to unlock the potential of Woodlark
Eligible shareholders will be offered the opportunity to participate in an SPP
Geopacific has ensured its ability to fund Woodlark by raising $10.5 million in an oversubscribed placement (Placement) offered at NO DISCOUNT to the closing price, or the 15 day VWAP of Geopacific shares as at 29 August 2017 (being the last trading day before announcement of the Placement).
The Placement was well supported by existing and new specialist resource and generalist Australian institutional investors. Geopacific is now pleased to confirm the following information on the SPP available to eligible shareholders.

Important information for Kula shareholders
Kula shareholders who have accepted Geopacific’s current takeover offer for Kula and been issued Geopacific shares as consideration before the record date, are eligible to participate in the SPP. Geopacific will release a supplementary Bidder’s Statement shortly.
Geopacific’s ownership in Kula has reached over 77%.
Geopacific urges remaining Kula shareholders to ACCEPT the offer and avoid becoming stranded in Kula.
