NOTICE GIVEN UNDER SECTION 708A (5) OF THE CORPORATIONS ACT (2001)

This notice is given by Geopacifc Resources Limited ACN 003 208 393 (“Company”) under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Corporations Act) in relation to an issue of 416,667 fully paid ordinary shares by the Company at an issue price of $0.06 cents per share without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act.

The shares were issued using the Company’s available capacity pursuant to Listing Rule 7.1.

As at the date of this notice, the Company has complied with:

• (a) the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to the Company; and

The Company confirms that, as at the date of this notice, there is no information that:
