SHARE PLACEMENT
The Directors of Geopacific Resources NL (ASX:GPR) (“Geopacific” or “the Company”) wish to announce that the Company has agreed to place 4,250,000 ordinary fully paid shares in the Company at 10 cents each, raising $425,000 before costs.
The funding ensures the Company has sufficient working capital to meet budgeted expenditure on its Fijian exploration projects and administration outgoings whilst progressing its proposed off-market takeover of Worldwide Mining Projects Limited.
The placement will be completed within the Company’s 15% placement capacity and will be made to sophisticated investors. An Appendix 3b will be lodged on completion of the placement.
