SHARE PLACEMENT
Geopacific Resources NL (“Geopacific” or “the Company”) [ASX code GPR] is pleased to announce a share placement of up to 4,166,666 shares at 60 cents per share to raise up to $2,500,000 before expenses (“Placement”).
The Placement shares will be placed to sophisticated and professional investor clients of Southern Cross Equities Limited and Hartleys Limited pursuant to the Company’s 15% capacity under ASX Listing Rule 7.1.
The volume weighted average price of Geopacific’s shares traded on the ASX over 14 days of trading prior to the date of this announcement was $0.6671.
Funds raised from the Placement will be used to advance the Company’s exploration activities in Fiji.
