Resignation of Company Secretary

Geopacific Resources Ltd (‘ Geopacific ’ or ‘ the Company ’; ASX: GPR) advises that Mr Matthew Smith will be the sole Company Secretary effective on and from 3 March 2022, following the resignation of Mr Mike Meintjes.

Mr Smith is the Company’s Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary and has over 20 years’ experience in the resource industry across a broad range of commodities. Mr Smith is a Chartered Accountant with specialist knowledge in the areas of international taxation, corporate structuring, accounting and corporate governance. Mr Smith is the person appointed under Listing Rule 12.6 to be responsible for communication with the ASX in relation to Listing Rules matters.
