Changes in Company Officers and Office

Messrs Ronald Heeks, Matthew Smith, Glenn Zamudio and Ian Clyne have all resigned as directors following the successful completion of the sale of the Woodlark Gold Project to Geopacific Resources Limited today.

Mr Mark Bojanjac, the Chairman of the board, would like to thank the outgoing directors and wish Geopacific Resources Limited every success with the Woodlark Gold Project in the future.

Mr Garry Perotti has resigned as Company Secretary and Mr Simon Adams has been appointed Company Secretary.

Mr Mark Stowell replaces Mr Mark Bojanjac as Chairman of the Board of Directors.
