The Board of Geopacific Resources N L (“Geopacific”) advises that Mr Mark Pitts has retired as Joint Company Secretary.

The retirement of Mr Pitts is in accordance with the terms of the takeover of Worldwide Mining Projects Ltd by Geopacific in March 2013.

The Board wishes to take this opportunity to thank Mr Pitts for his work and commitment to the company during his appointment.

Mr John Lewis will continue, as sole Company Secretary of Geopacific.
