Mark Pitts

The Directors have invited Mr Mark Pitts to assume the role of sole Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer.

Mr Pitts was appointed to the position of joint Company Secretary on 17 February 2012. Mr Pitts is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants with more than 25 years experience in statutory reporting and business administration. He has been directly involved with, and consulted to a number of public companies holding senior financial management positions.

He is a Partner in the corporate advisory firm Endeavour Corporate providing company secretarial support; corporate and compliance advice to a number of ASX listed public companies.

Grahame Clegg

The Directors of Geopacific Resources NL have accepted the resignation of Mr Grahame Clegg as Company Secretary. Mr Clegg was appointed to the position of Company Secretary on 14 July 2006 and has served the Company well during this period. The Directors thank Mr Clegg for his efforts over the past 5 years and wish him well in his future endeavours.
