RESIGNATION OF MANAGING DIRECTOR
Geopcific advises that the previously announced resignation of Dr Ian J Pringle as Managing Director will have effect from 15th of September.
Tim Biggs, Geopacific Chairman commented “Ian has been Managing Director since 2005, and managed the initial listing of GPR on the ASX in May 2006, and has built up both a high quality portfolio of goldcopper exploration properties in Fiji, and a highly experienced exploration team within Fiji to implement our exciting search for world class ore bodies. The Board of GPR wishes to sincerely thank Ian for his contribution to the company, and wishes him well for the future.”
