CHANGE OF AUDITOR
The Company has received notification from the ASIC confirming that it has consented to the resignation of the Company’s auditor Somes Cooke. The proposed incoming auditor is Greenwich & Co Audit Pty Ltd.
The change of auditor is necessary due to the fact that Somes Cooke have merged with another accounting firm and has changed its name.
