2021 AGM & Key Dates

In accordance with ASX Listing Rules 3.13.1 and 14.3, Geopacific Resources Limited (ASX: GPR) (Geopacific) advises the following details of the Company’s 2021 Annual General Meeting:

Date: Monday 31 May 2021

Time: 10:00am (Perth time)

Location: Due to the ongoing health threat from the COVID-19 Pandemic the AGM will be held as a hybrid meeting at the corporate office on Level 1, 278 Stirling Highway, Claremont, WA 6010 and by teleconference.

Geopacific further advises the following key target reporting dates for the first half of 2021:
