Dear Geopacific Resources NL Shareholder
Notice of 2010 Annual General Meeting
On behalf of the Board of Directors, I am pleased to invite all shareholders to attend the 2010 Annual General Meeting of Geopacific Resources NL, which will be held at the Company’s registered office, 556 Crown Street, Surry Hills, Sydney at 11.00am on Tuesday, 20 April 2010.
The Company’s aim remains to grow into a profitable mining company through discovery and development of successful mining operations within the current portfolio of exploration projects, or by strategic acquisitions. Geopacific is looking forward to advancing this goal during 2010 with drilling programmes and geophysical surveys at our most promising projects.
There are a number of important resolutions requiring your consideration at the meeting. I am also looking forward to updating you on developments with the Company’s exploration projects and the road ahead for the coming year.
