Shareholder Proposal

The Company has received a proposal by Mr Omar Ahmad, who is a 5.04% shareholder in the Company, to remove the CEO, Chairman and a Non-Executive Director of the Company and replace them with three new directors, with a view to taking the Company forward ("the Proposal").

The Global Board is having positive collaborative engagement with Mr Ahmad's representatives in relation to the Proposal and a further announcement will be made in due course.
